Your BrowFriend must be in working condition with no wear and tear to the device, including all parts and accessories, and must include original packaging in new condition, including all parts and inserts. To initiate the return, first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number ("RA#") and shipping instructions. Your RA# must be included in your returned package. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used for your purchase within 10 business days.
